LEVÉ Return & Exchange Policy

Our Promise

At LEVÉ, our goal is for you to love every piece you purchase. We want you to feel amazing and empowered to rise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the perfect fit through our store credit return process.

General Policy

We accept returns for eligible items for store credit within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. The credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original LEVÉ tags must be intact and attached to the garment.

  • The item must be free of any stains, makeup, deodorant, odors, or pet hair.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code greater than 20%.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Accessories (such as water bottles, socks, hats, etc.).

How to Start Your Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at infolevebody@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the name of the item you wish to return.

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will send you instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Ship Your Package: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit.

Store Credit Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect and process it.

  • If your return is approved, we will email you a digital gift card for the amount of the returned item, which you can use on your next purchase.

  • Original shipping costs from your order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Quality is our top priority. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will take care of everything to make it right at no cost to you.
